Care @ Home Newbury Limited was established in November 2011 to provide care services primarily in a domiciliary care services after gaining accreditation with west Berkshire and, Hampshire Council, we will hope to provide a quality service-to-service users and the councils.
The Service we offer you.
All our caregivers undergo a rigorous selection process and are selected for their ability, experience and personality. Care @ Home Newbury Limited provides experienced carers who can assist with a wide range of tasks.
You will meet our Registered Manager, who will conduct a home assessment before commencement of our service. This is in order to establish with yourself and your family the level of care that you require, and to produce a care plan. Once the service has commenced the Registered Manager will regularly monitor the care service to ensure that you are satisfied with the care, and to undertake additional assessments if any changes to your care are necessary.
We are constantly striving to improve the service which we provide. We will therefore ask you to complete our quality of service questionnaire;
